Three years after launching, ELIQS was ready to get their e-commerce site right. The very means to sell their product had been Frankensteined together and was past due for a holistic revamp with minimal tech-debt.
MY ROLE
Having built the ELIQS' brand and positioning, I worked with the team to help evolve the website to embody the brand. The new ELIQS.com comes two years in the making after continuous consumer research as well as the company gaining its bearings in the e-commerce landscape having launched during COVID-19. Working with the co-founders, developers and Head of Growth, we came up with a holistic customer journey that resulted in a performance-optimized, brand-rich experience.
